C&E Capsules supplies high quality capsules and screwcaps for the wine, champagne, gourmet food and spirits industries
History of Enoplastic USA

Enoplastic was founded near Milan Italy in 1957 by Mr. Francesco Piero Macchi who had a passion for winemaking as well as mechanical engineering. The lack of available closures for his wine in those early years provided the foundation for a focused and passionate company that has expanded and grown into the largest capsule manufacturing facility in the world.

The Macchi Family joined forces with the Moglia family in 2001 to create a partnership which has allowed Enoplastic to expand their resources around the world and pass along their talents to the next generation. Enoplastic Group now owns 5 manufacturing plants in Italy, USA, Spain, NZ and now Australia.

Enoplastic USA opened in 2005 and was known until recently as C&E Capsules which was a partnership between Enoplasitc and Collotype Labels in Napa, Ca. In 2009 Collotype was acquired by Multi-Color Corp and Enoplastic bought the remaining shares of the company and started a separate manufacturing facility in Fairfield, CA.

Today Enoplastic USA continues to be a leader in capsule manufacturing for the wine, champagne, spirits and gourmet food industries. Always looking for new ways to enhance brands as well as reduce cost and provide economic advantage to its customers, Enoplastic USA strives to be the best supplier to their customers with the highest level of customer service.
